Food for Fuel Series at Warm Hearth Village
As a Clinical Dietitian at Warm Hearth Village, I initiated a nutrition & wellness lecture series "Food For Fuel" aimed to promote healthier lifestyle choices among the independent living residents. The overall goal of the series is to enable independent living residents to prevent or manage chronic diseases through the use of proper nutrition. Each of the series talks includes a 40 minute educational lecture followed by a recipe demonstration and taste test.
